WHY should you support Riggs HD Professionals Inc.?
Our organization was created to improve career readiness and offer career exploration in a fun environment. By adding immediate gratification, accountability, and the guidance of college Academic Advisors with other professionals we can help each student develop and start to pursue their short- and long-term goals. By providing meaningful educational experiences in a hybrid format students have and will be able to increase their intrinsic motivation and improve soft skills for future jobs and careers while improving the network of their peer support group

How do we help students develop holistically?

We approach our students with a holistic development model that I have created to connect them to their intrinsic motivators and provide resources and guidance from an Academic Advisor's perspective. We aim to support the students mentally and academically and develop their minds as entrepreneurs. We lead by providing opportunities for them to grow as leaders and connect to the leaders in their future industries.
ABOUT US
We are working to create future professionals and community leaders. We work with students to create an individualized holistic path for life through education and athletics. Primarily we focus on their career exploration by inspiring students through meaningful experiences to pursue their dream careers.
We then connect them with professionals who can help them achieve their goals and start their journey to the job they want. As an Academic Advisor and former college athlete, I provide the insight they usually wouldn't receive until they arrive on a college campus once their career has concluded.

Our goal is to inform, empower and invest in the future community leaders in our community. Our purpose is to provide college-level advising and guidance before college. Teaching our values of accountability, respect, innovation, compassion, and collaboration. By having fun in an educational environment, we can prevent and prepare the students for challenges that our youth face on their journey to a holistic lifestyle.
